Shipping policy

Production & Dispatch
Every product at The Redline is made to order. Each unit goes through individual production and quality inspection before it leaves our facility. Please allow 3–4 weeks from your order date for your item to be produced, inspected, and dispatched. In some cases production may take slightly longer depending on order volume — if this affects your order we will notify you directly. This is not a stocked product — your order initiates production immediately.

Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Our products are available to customers in the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and all other international destinations where standard courier delivery operates.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped with full tracking from dispatch to delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 weeks of your order date, contact us at hello.theredline@outlook.com and we will investigate immediately.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Destination Estimated Delivery
United States 6–12 business days
United Kingdom & Europe 8–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand 10–16 business days
Rest of World 10–20 business days

These timeframes begin from dispatch date, not order date. Total wait from order to delivery is 3–4 weeks production plus the delivery timeframe above.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Redline has no control over customs processing times or fees and cannot predict what charges may apply. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at hello.theredline@outlook.com immediately. We will do our best to correct it before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, The Redline is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact your local courier with your tracking number as the first step. If the issue remains unresolved, email us and we will do our best to assist.
